Follow the instructions to register or login

Send e-mails to your friends and family inviting them to buy, renew or extend their magazine subscriptions online.

Kidney Walk-A-Thon

Where: Heritage Park Broadway

When: Saturday September 27^th, 2008

Time: 3 pm until Sunset

Please join us for a fun afternoon in the park for our first Kidney Walk-A-Thon, sponsored by the Chimney Rock VFW Post 9660 Ladies Auxiliary.  ALL proceeds from event benefit Department President Mary Profitt’s Special Project, the National Kidney Foundation.

Registration is $20.00 per person.

(Includes event t-shirt and a “tracking necklace”)

Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW Post 2239 of Colonial Heights, has begun selling wreaths for the 2008 Wreaths Across America Campaign.

         Jean Mull, President of this Auxiliary is the Location Leader for the City Point National Cemetery in Hopewell, VA. This is the second year this Auxiliary has been the sponsoring unit for this Cemetery

         Wreaths Across America began laying wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery in 1992 and this year, wreaths will be laid at over 286 cemeteries with the help of the general public. This is the first time the public has been allowed to participate on this grand of a scale. Please join with us in covering every veterans grave during this holiday season with a beautiful balsam pine wreath from the Worchester Wreath Company, in Maine
